Service Contract vs.
Service Warranty?
A Service Warranty goes beyond the manufactures two years
limited warranty. With a service warranty the customer is
assured that for an agreed period of time or mileage, parts
& labour required will be paid for in the warranty plan
(Versus) A Service Contract facilitates services of i.e.
mechanical labour performed on the vehicle, and does not
cover parts * “to be corrected”
I have not had any
problem with my vehicle so far, do I really need an extended
warranty? All vehicles on the road will have mechanical failure after
all they’re man made. The fact is the older the vehicle gets
the more miles you put on it, the more likely the breakdown
is. With the complexity of vehicles today, one major repair
often cost more than the extended warranty. A service plan
will be there for you when you need it most.
