Service Contract vs. Service Warranty?

A Service Warranty goes beyond the manufactures two years limited warranty. I have not had any problem with my vehicle so far, do I really need an extended warranty?

All vehicles on the road will have mechanical failure after all they’re man made. The fact is the older the vehicle gets the more miles you put on it, the more likely the breakdown is. With the complexity of vehicles today, one major repair often cost more than the extended warranty. A service plan will be there for you when you need it most.

Servicing ensures that the vehicle is reliable and that it will vehicle operate as it is intended. Also to identify potential problems before they become major safety concerns, or turn into costly repairs.

Repairs are services that are required or necessary when your vehicle is not working properly. Also, when your vehicle has worn to the point where a replacement is required to maintain the performance of your vehicle.

Maintenance is the routinely scheduled services, inspections and part replacements that your vehicle manufacturer recommends based on the age or mileage of your vehicle.
