Dealership Monopoly on
Automotive Repairs
After numerous complaints from
consumers, complaining that dealers are not allowing them to
choose where they repair their vehicles, I wrote a letter to
the Chairman of the Automotive Dealers Association of
Jamaica Mr. Kent La-Croix querying whether the consumers
have the right to service where they choose.
